I am dreadful at blogging, it seems. Truly, truly awful.
Summer being over, I've long since left my job -- I'd slightly hesitate to say that I completed my work, but since it was a research project that's ok, I think. Anyway, I thoroughly enjoyed the work in the end, and am quite proud of what we managed to accomplish; it's also nice seeing my name under the title of "Programmer" on a project people will actually be using for once! I'd imagine, also, that the skills I acquired whilst working will be very helpful in working on my final year project -- Bridge Building with Grammatical Evolution. As much as I wanted to keep everything to do with my work on this page, I think that a final year project blog could act as a good diary, and thus wouldn't particularly benefit from me spouting off about irrelevant topics. Not that anyone reads this, mind!
Once I think up a snappy name for my FYP blog, well, I'll make it. After that, who knows. First step would probably be finding out what Grammatical Evolution is...Good thing I'm taking a course on Natural Computing this semester...
